The Geibel & Hotz GmbH manufacture grinding machines more than 50 years. We may recommend the machines with different controllers and sizes from 400 x 200 mm to 1000 x 2000 mm workspace because of the module-like constructor elements.
3 axis:
The consistent separation of the lineal axes and the correlation of the perpendicular motion-planes features of the G+H machines.
C-structure:
The rigid C-structure consists of: cross slide, column and spindle housing encirclement the work space.
slideways:
All linear ways are run as a V-flat slideways. The all-time moving element TURCITE-B is supplied with a glide path coating. This coating is guarantee a good damping for the high surface quality. The castings are grinded and hulled.
Table drives:
As table drive system, a hydraulic and two electromechanical systems are available.
The low-pressure hydraulics and the high flow value are guaranteed a shove-proof table speed and even table movement.
The electromechanical table drive allows the table speed from 5 to 35.000 mm/min. (in certain cases, more than this) infinitely variable setting.
Therefore these machines are capable to do deep grinding and fast stroke grinding too.
The machines has hanger strap drive under 800 x 400 mm workspace.
The electromechanical table drive have a very good efficiency.
Over this, the machines got cylinder ring-threaded (spindle) drive.
